A: We charge a sample fee for the first time, after establishing long-term business relations, we will offer samples free of charge.
Q3. How long will it take to offer samples?
A: Normally, we will finish the samples around 5-10 days.
Q4. How is your packing?
A: Standard packaging is one piece into a 3-ply brown inner box, and then the 5-ply brown outer box.
Q5. When broken, what should the client do?
A: Glass is fragile. We will use the strong outer carton to protect it from breaking. If broken, please kindly feel free to contact us and show us the picture, we will deal with it at once. WE SUGGEST THE FULL CONTAINER ORDER.
Q6. How to pay?
A: We only accept payment by Bank transfer at the moment. ( US or Hongkong bank account to reduce transfer cost )
Q7. How much is the shipping freight?
A: In China, we cooperate with more than 10 forwarders. Different forwarders have an advantage in different countries. Please kindly inform us of your exact address, so we can quote you in FOB, C&F, and DDP. If you have cooperated forwarder, please let them contact us directly.
HOW TO CARE THE GLASS
Our craftsmen take pride in the final design of our glass crafts. Use a soft cloth to clean and dry. Not dishwasher safe. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.
For optimal finish & clarity, clean with a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water, let stand for a few hours then rinse well and dry with a lint-free cloth.
We produce the glass in extremely large quantities for our wholesale customers, due to transit and mass storage, all vases are cleaned before use to remove any accumulated dust/dirt.
